Can you guarantee uptime?
Uptime SLAs are available through the underlying infrastructure providers. Our managed service is built around monitoring, response, and optimization on top of that infrastructure, rather than an independent uptime guarantee from us.
Do you help with HIPAA, PCI, or SOC 2 compliance?
We help you configure and operate your cloud environment in a way that supports HIPAA, PCI, and SOC 2 requirements. We are not a compliance certification body — audits and certification determinations are handled by your assessor or the relevant authority.
