Technology Services
IT Consulting
Independent guidance on the technology decisions that are hard to evaluate from the inside — architecture, vendor selection, and where to invest next.
What is it consulting?
IT consulting is independent guidance on technology decisions — evaluating architecture, comparing vendors and tools, and building a roadmap that connects where your technology environment is today to where it needs to be.
It's most useful before a decision is made or a budget is committed, when an outside perspective can pressure-test the options rather than confirm a choice that's already been made.
Who it's for
- Organizations facing a technology decision they don't have the in-house expertise to fully evaluate.
- Teams planning a significant infrastructure or software change who want an outside perspective before committing.
- Leaders who need a roadmap connecting current technology gaps to a realistic plan, not just a list of recommendations.
What problems does it solve?
- Technology decisions made without a clear framework for comparing the options.
- No in-house expertise to evaluate vendors, architectures, or competing proposals.
- A pile of technology priorities with no roadmap tying them together.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell the hardware or software you recommend?
No. IT consulting is advisory — we assess your options and make a recommendation. If implementation support is useful afterward, that's a separate, explicit conversation.
What's the difference between IT consulting and managed IT services?
IT consulting is project-based guidance on a specific decision or roadmap. Managed IT services is ongoing management and support of your environment. Some organizations use consulting to plan and managed services to execute.
Do you work on a single decision or an ongoing basis?
Both. Some engagements are scoped to a single decision — a platform choice, an architecture review. Others are ongoing advisory support as your technology needs evolve.
